we appreciate the magical stay. hard working staffs are an asset. our 'superior' room had enough space. valet parking on arrival was quick and helpful. our luggage was promptly delivered to our room. check in was fast and smooth. we selected a quiet room with a moana theme. distance from the west wing to the park entrance was convenient. turndown service happened efficiently. the story book left each evening were very good.

the food options were slightly limited and reservations were needed at the restaurants i did find a place with the help of the concierge.

the pool was excellent. it especially helped since we had some rainy days.

My apple watch was stolen from our room while charging. This happened when we went out for the evening. the manager said this happens all the time. this is concerning. we were given our room key upon arrival, but someone else was already in that room

the hotel had carpets in the foyer. this was essential for my disability. security check-in was smooth. i think someone needs to monitor the other door as people slip in and out without luggage. the room service offered delicious food. a sturdy third bed provided lots of space. the priority ticket meant i didn't miss anything. my sons could go without me if i didn't feel like it.

the hotel location allow quick park access, perfect after busy days. our room was serviced twice daily, clean towels were always available. the hotel location enabled easy access to attractions. breakfast featured princess encounters and a great buffet.

the entrance from the hotel to the parks were only on one side and i had a long walk.

breakfast had many options though sometimes overcrowded, resulting in long lines. the restaurant ambiance was nice, though the food quality need some improvement for a five star hotel. staff were helpful, but under pressure.

beautiful quadruple room included comfy beds, but was small. the bathroom was subpar, especially toilet facilities. the mini fridge had only a few drinks that do not replenished regularly. housekeeping service does not restock items quickly.
